In this administrative role, the administrative assistant must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment, while respecting tight deadlines.
- Provides administrative support to the supervisor and base manager team for the management of electronic documents, employee files, statistics and operational performance.
- Administers the return-to-work process for Flight Attendants and Flight Directors following a long-term absence.
- Attends administrative, disciplinary, and local committee meetings to transcribe meeting minutes and notes.
- Writes, edits and translates internal communications to ensure compliance, standardization and employer brand.
- Acts as a resource person for crew members to direct them to the proper communication channels, answer their questions and ensure a continuum of service.
- Receives, screens and redistributes telephone calls, emails and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Organizes and supplies to the work environment, work tools and the online library for cabin crew members.
- Collaborates with various suppliers and partners (permit administration office, parking office, Montreal Airport, etc.) and authorizes R.A.I.C. requests and staff parking access.
- Maintains and updates the departments intranet site, improving its content, and ensures the upkeep of various electronic equipment
- Ensures various office spaces are neat, orderly and well organized.
