Benefits
Insurance will be available after sixty (60) days of full-time employment. We have the option to choose from three (3) medical plans, two (2) dental plans, one vision plan, optional life insurance, and a selection of voluntary (supplemental) benefits. At that same sixty (60) days after hire, Essex will provide a basic life insurance policy for 50% of your annual income and short term disability plan for 50% of your weekly wage up to $250 per week for 26 weeks, both of which the company pays for.
