Tech Supply Supervisor

**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Tyonek Services Group is providing aircraft maintenance and logistics services in support of the 128th Aviation Brigade training aircraft and component work requirements supporting the 128th Aviation Brigade training at Fort Eustis, VA. The support will be conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including but not limited to, AR 95-1 and AR 95-20.
• Provide field and approved sustainment level maintenance of assigned and supported training aircraft, training support and training base equipment, and Ground Support Equipment.

DUTIES

• Verifies stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports.
• Verifies automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn-ins, and performs dues-ins and dues-outs accounting.
• Reviews and verifies quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents.
• Maintains stock locator system and administers document control procedures.
• Verifies requests and turn-in documents at direct support level through warehousing section.
• Verifies inventories, surveys, and warehousing documents.
• Ensures that inventories and location surveys are performed in accordance with established procedures.
• Instructs warehouse personnel in loading, unloading, segregation, dunnage, palletizing, and selection of stock and storage areas
• Performs property disposal storage functions
• Ensures application of special procedures for handling, storing, packaging and shipping retrograde material.
• Retrieves and analyzes history and activity files pertinent to system rejected documents.
• Recommends additions and deletions to authorized stockage list.
• Maintains accounting records of property disposal activity.
• Reviews requests for major and controlled items.
• Reconciles activity records for monthly and quarterly reporting and status reviews.
• Processes data inquiry and manager referred listings and cards.
• Manages controlled, critical and reserve stocks and operational readiness floats.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of military technical manuals and able to qualify for government equipment operators license as required.
• Preferred experience with TRADOC Aviation Maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of 15 years' experience working within the Army aviation supply system as a supervisor.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or 15 years of experience managing personnel, supply, equipment, and facility assets to maintain and repair Army rotary and fixed wing aircraft.
• Aviation Maintenance Manager Course (AMMC) is desired.
• Must be a US Citizen

• Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day.

• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and carry for short distances.
• May be required to read dials/gauges, identify small objects and hand tools.
• Must be able to see imperfections, micrometer readings and other small scales.
• Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
• Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
• May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, forklift, APU, etc.
