Job Description:
Position Summary: STS Aviation Services is rapidly growing and seeking Document Controllers to join our team in Birmingham. As a key player in our journey to becoming the leading UK MRO, you’ll be part of an exciting and dynamic organization where your contributions make a real difference. Key Responsibilities:

Collect and quality check completed job cards within Base Maintenance.
Quality check completed Line Maintenance job cards.
Close completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages (both paper and electronic).
Scan job cards from Base and Line Maintenance to customers and into STS Job Files.
Monitor complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting and quality checking.
Perform general clerical duties, including setting up files and managing computerized data entry.

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance preferred but not essential.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
Well-organized and disciplined.
Calm and professional under pressure.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Effective communicator, both verbal and written.
Supports others to achieve individual and company objectives.
Promotes company values.
Flexible approach – shift work may be required.
