Ryanair Sun (BUZZ) is currently recruiting for a Flight Operations Controller to join their team.
The successful candidates will be energetic and committed, able to work on their own initiative while also being an integral part of Buzz OCC team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Fleet management, respond to disruptions by minimizing flight delays
- Tactical air operations supervision to the safe and economical management of the Ryanair Sun (BUZZ) aircraft fleet.
- Cooperation with aircrew, ensuring continuity of information flow
- Identification of operational risks and implementation of preventive measures
- Cooperation with other OCC departments, managing personnel on duty, supporting OCC duty management
- Ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures, cooperation in crisis situations
- Improving current procedures and identifying incompatibilities in OCC
- Co-ordinating and producing informative reports between Ryanair Group internal departments and airports on key performance for the management
Requirements - At least one year of experience in a similar position, flight dispatcher license would be additional advantage
- Fluency in spoken and written English (2nd European language would be an advantage)
- Work well under pressure of time in high information flow environment
- Possessing high decision-making skills and autonomy in taking action in accordance with procedures and high safety standards
- Sound knowledge of Ryanair policies and procedures
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of LIDO/Netline/Operations software would be additional advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to develop personal skills
- Ability to work in a team and quickly and effectively adapting to changeable conditions
