Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Data Analyst - Solution AI-LowCode/NoCode (h/f) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département DMHZ en charge de la Stratégie Digitale pour les Ressources Humaines. Cet apprentissage consistera à: étudier, concevoir, développer et livrer avec notre équipe d&39;experts en données une nouvelle plateforme de  services LowCode/Nocode et/ou AI pour permettre la création des analyses prédictives nécessaire à la prise de décisions rapides par nos dirigeants.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de  1, 2 ou 3 an (s). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:

• Vous contribuerez à définir l’architecture globale de la solution LowCode/Nocode de bout en bout, à évaluer les solutions possibles et à proposer des recommandations.

• Vous configurerez des stack software d&39;intelligence artificielle pour mettre en œuvre les technologies de Machine Learning et Deep Learning lorsque les solutions LowCode/Nocode ne seront pas appropriées .

• Vous effectuerez l&39;analyse des données,  participerz aux programmes d’Extraction, de Transformation et de Préparation dans l&39;environnement cible pour permettre d’obtenir toute la valeur attendue des data. 

• Vous contriburez aux modèles d’apprentissages et aux solutions d’IA 

• Vous ferez les démonstrations des solutions Lowcode/nocode ou IA à nos clients RH, sponsors et dirigeants.

• Vous réaliserez votre projet en suivant les méthodes et cérémonies de gestion de projet Agile dans notre framework SAFe Agile.

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;4 ou Bac &43; 5 dans le domaine de l’informatique, pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Technologies : Python, AWS, Devops, Jira, NiFi, AI, ML, DL

• Culture Data : sensible à la Règlementation des Données et utilisant régulièrement MS Excel, suite Google, Qlik, Tableau…

• Méthodologie Agile, Bonne communication, auto-organisé et collaboratif.

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : intermédiaire 

Français : courant 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Data Engineer AI & LowCode/Node Solutions (M/F)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Blagnac (FRANCE) site. You will join the DMHZ department in charge of the Digital Solution for HR 

This apprenticeship will take advantage of the global scale of our team delivering for the entire Airbus Group (Europe, United States, Canada, India, China, Oceania, …) to accelerate Airbus HR Data Driven transformation.

You will be a full member of our international Digital Data team that is recognised for its dynamic mindset in close partnership with our internal Airbus India team. You will be part of our worldwide design team to analyse, build and deliver data solutions in our SAFe Agile framework. 

You will contribute to deliver Digital Innovations with Self-Service Lowcode/Node but Valuable HR Data Products Solutions for a wide range of Airbus Business domains like  HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Legal and external Partners / subsidiaries. 

You will work with HR business analysts, data scientists and IS experts to invent HR Digital Data

Solutions based on latest technologies HR Data Lake, Data Analytics Platforms, Airbus Skywise…

You will be ask to study, design and deliver with our core data expert team a brand new

LowCode/Nocode framework and services to allow HR function building DIY predictive analytics and

Dashboarding.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s). 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• defining the global end-to-end solution architecture, assessing and providing

recommendation to setup the target solutions 

• Setting up platform Artificial Intelligence software stacks to implement Machine Learning, Deep

Learning, … to ensure implementation of models and algorithms when LowCode/Nocode solutions are

not appropriate.

• performing data analysis and data preparation into the target environment to make HR data

Flying

• demo Lowcode/nocode or AI solutions to our HR Customers, Sponsors and Executives.

• You will perform your project following Agile Project Management methods and ceremonies in our SAFe Agile Framework 

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 4 / BAC &43; 5 , Post Graduate or Bachelor level training in the field of Information System or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Recommended Technologies : Python, AWS, Devops, Jira, NiFi, AI, ML, DL

• Data “culture: sensitive to Data Regulations and regularly using MS Excel, Google suite, qlik, Tableau …

• Agile methodology, Good communication 

• Structured, self-organised and collaborative way of working

- Language skills: 

English:advanced 

French: intermediate/advanced 

Our selection process
