Ryanair are currently recruiting for a ATO Technical Analyst to Europe’s Largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 m guests within the next 10 years.
The successful candidate will assist the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) management team with a number of administrative and analytical tasks essential for the deliverence of training to over 8000 pilots annually and 1,500 new recruits each year.
Candidates who hold a background in aviation either as pilot training, engineering or an aviation degree would be at a distinct advantage, however full training will be provided.
Duties will include not be limited to:
- Tracking of pilot licence expires and training requirements
- Liaison with aviation authorities on licencing matters.
- Management of new entry pilot course enrolments
- Training IT system developments
- Data analysis and reporting to pilot training managers
- Simulator and Line training data analysis and reporting
Requirements&013;
- A recognised degree and/or pilot ATPL theory examinations completed
- Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on own initiativ, with a strong work ethic
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
- Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience of working in a regulated industry
