ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Customer Service
    1. Communicate effectively with, and coordinate directly with customers on a regular basis
    2. Build and maintain business relationships
    3. Respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) and delivery inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
    4. Analysis of work in process (WIP), as they relate to customer requirements
    5. Purchase Order administration and review (receive, validate term & conditions, assist with Order Entry and distribution)
    6. Assist in the coordination, control and monitoring of the production process
    7. Achieve production objectives, inventory reduction and delivery requirements
  2. Inventory Control
    1. Align efforts with Business Objectives to meet the needs of internal and external customers
    2. Awareness of the realities of operational capacities, scheduling conflicts and other challenges
    3. Participate in long range inventory planning
  3. Production Scheduling
    1. Assist in the scheduling of production to achieve on time delivery
    2. Coordinate Demand Planning process & communicate results to the Planning and Ops teams
  4. Shipping
    1. Coordinate scheduling and execution of shipments to customers
    2. Facilitate resolution of issues preventing shipments
    3. Advise customers of quantity and date of shipments, along with tracking numbers
    1. Assist Accounting with resolution of Accounts Receivables / Past due invoices
    2. Facilitate / engage customer for resolution of Quality and other technical issues
    3. Accept additional responsibilities according to team needs

OTHER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate with the Operations, Quality, Accounting and Engineering teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  2. Investigate new or improved processes to improve the Company’s profitability and competitive position
  3. Act as a Project Manager for specific projects as directed by manager
  4. Perform job related duties, responsibilities, and assignments as required by manager
  5. Coordinate resolution of delivery and technical issues
  6. Facilitate customer visits & create presentations
  1. Strong interpersonal communications skills: professional, written, verbal, email, interpersonal, listening, patience, kindness
  2. Able to communicate effectively across a diverse workforce, vertically with leadership and broadly across a variety of customers as well as managers, operations, production control, engineering and quality teams
  3. Able to reason and to demonstrate good judgement
  4. Strong desire to make a difference and constantly improve the way things are done
  5. Willingness to take on additional responsibility and work in different capacities, according to team needs

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $62,000 to $93,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
