For our Motion, Power, Sensing Division site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrative for a duration of 12 months.
As “Customer Service Administrative“, you will manage a variety of Parker Meggitt premier customer accounts to deliver a world class service and support.
Your responsibilities
- Order processing and management for Energy customers (OTP / OTR / OTD)
- Management of Sales Force case management tool and CPQ
- Support with disputes and recovery of cash activities
- Support customer experience team with administrative tasks
- Customer master data management (MDG)
- Support customer experience team in assigned projects
Who we are looking for
- Commercial education or Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in customer account management preferably in an industrial international environment
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Customer service orientated with outstanding communication and listening skills
- Sense of priorities, multi-tasking and ability to manage time and deadlines
- Detail-orientated, reliable and flexible with a good team spirit
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Fluent in both French and English
