PAY RATE: $52.80 - $80.98 per hour

Do you understand this role is onsite in Duluth MN? Work schedule is M-F 8-5 What is your earliest start date? Where did you gain your 7+ years of exp in scheduling in an aircraft product development or engineering environment? Do you have PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) OR equivalent? Do you have recent experience or do you have thorough understanding and able to speak to "resource loading schedules"? Do you have a minimum of 5 years exp on MS Project (Desktop, Web & Enterprise)? Do you have a thorough understanding of Earned Value, SPI, CPI, EAC, Baselines, and how all of the previously mentioned items translated to predicted schedule completion and forecast project cost? Do you have a thorough understanding of the "mechanics" of how to set up these above mentioned items in MS PROJECT? For MS Project your experience should include the how to on the weekly inputs above (ie complete) to drive the forecast finish and cost - can you speak to these in dettail? If you do not have MS Project... Do you have experience with Primavera P6, and/or Deltek OpenPlan? Do you have: Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university. (highly desirable but not required) Do you have: Experience with integrating MS Project with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and TEAMS (highly desirable but not required)

Summary:
Developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying critical paths, and forecasting resource needs.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this role involves close collaboration with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
Develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules with Program Managers and Engineers.
Identify resource gaps and critical path items.
Provide weekly reports on deliverables and resource forecasts.
Manage MS Project Enterprise tools (calendars, users, reports, filters).
Troubleshoot and provide training on MS Project Enterprise.
Ensure adherence to the New Product Introduction System (NPIS) methodology.
Required Skills:
PMI-SP or equivalent certification.
7+ years of project scheduling experience in product development/engineering.
5+ years of experience with MS Project (Desktop, Web, Enterprise).
Familiarity with resource loading schedules.
Experience with Primavera P6 or Deltek OpenPlan (a plus).
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Knowledge of integrating MS Project with Power BI, SharePoint, and TEAMS (desirable).
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
