At Lockheed Martin, our Material Affordability Strategy and Acquisition (MASA) team is leading the charge in driving strategic supplier integration to support our long-term objectives and program campaign pursuits. THE WORK

As a Price Cost Analyst Sr within the MASA Team, you will:

• Conduct Alternate Analysis of Other Than Cost and Pricing Data from suppliers for proposals where a supplier was not fully responsive to the request for proposal (RFP).
• Conduct Alternate Analysis on proposed supplier spend where the aggregate value of that supplier exceeds the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act threshold.
• Coordinate with Material Cost Estimating to provide substantiated supplier material estimates for inclusion in the prime bill of material (BOM)
• Coordinate with technical subject matter experts to formulate bottoms up estimates and monetize into a substantiated estimate for when no supplier data is available.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following fields: negotiations, supply chain, statistics, mathematics, engineering, material cost estimating, contracts, accounting, compliance, financial analysis, price analysis, or cost analysis.
• Ability to capture and analyze large data sets from multiple sources and create substantiated material estimates.
• Ability to review Supplier proposals and provide guidance for Compliance with FAR and LM requirements.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) supplements, with a strong working knowledge of FAR Part 15
Desired Skills:
• Experience with government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, specifically Section 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate departmental and program messages effectively to both LM personnel and the customer.
• Master’s degree in finance, supply chain, accounting, or MBA
• Previous LM experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
