Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.
Job overview and responsibilities
The Analyst – Tooling Standards & Support is responsible for the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, data interpretation, and presentation of key findings that support the tooling operation. The Analyst must be able to manage multiple projects in support of the central and field tooling operations, including developing, communicating, training, and auditing on standardized processes.
- Produce clear and concise interpretations of process analysis by gathering, cleansing and interpreting data. Make results-driven recommendations for financial improvements
- Liaise with subject matter experts and data analysts to create, improve and implement new metrics and KPIs
- Manage multiple projects that support central and field tooling operations, including developing, communicating, training, and auditing on standardized processes
- Manage ad hoc tooling projects by creating long- and short-term plans, setting milestones and adhering to deadlines
