Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our team in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Provides limited feedback on assessment results.

  • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 1+ years of experience working in either aerospace or manufacturing

  • Proficient experience in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in a fast paced/dynamic environment

  • Experience booking travel and working with the travel team with Boeing

  • Familiarity with immigration requirement

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $70,200 - $85,800
