Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Supply Chain Staff Analyst (level 2) to join the Supply Chain Organization in Portland, OR

Position Responsibilities:
Collects and assembles data from multiple sources.
Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.
Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.
Gathers customer requirements for projects.
Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.
Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
Provides status reports. Maintains and tracks training requirements.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
1+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery
1+ years of demonstrated experience project management experience and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to senior leader
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience with Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Business Operations organizational processes
Experience within Fabrication or Manufacturing
Experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythm
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $66,000 - $72,000
