The Scheduling Crew Capacity Specialist, Senior requires full proficiency in Crew Capacity with limited supervision. This position will be proficient in all areas of Crew Capacity and have a positive impact on the team through their quality, timeliness and effectiveness of their work. The Scheduling Crew Capacity Specialist, Senior will be a resource for colleagues with less experience and can represent Crew Capacity through shadowing, projects and presentations.  

• Evaluate, plan and execute the daily-weekly-monthly crewing plan by fleet, identify crewing shortfalls and supplementing shortages with extended day solicitation / processing and other contractual means.
• Build and execute the Initial Operating Experience (IOE) plan and the coordination of this plan with the Training Captains.
• Create and execute the Operational Check Flights (OCF) plan with Non-Routine Flight Operations (NRFO) requirements, the coordination with the NRFO pilots and the substitution reporting to the NetJets and NJASAP NRFO committee members.  
• Plan and execute all Captain Proficiency / Competency Checks and coordinate with the Check Airman or FAA authorized examiner when applicable.   
• Solicit, review and approve crewmember Tour Slide Requests. 
• Ensure that all internal, contractual and regulatory rules are within compliance and other duties as assigned. 
• Represent Crew Capacity in new hire pilot and FA presentations
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Crew Capacity and provide solutions to infrequent or irregular issues.

• Previous experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and the ability to multi-task are crucial to this position 
• Previous 2-4 years experience in Crew Capactiy
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner in stressful situations  
• Strong customer service skills and understanding of how the team integrates with others to accomplish objectives. Must be detail-oriented and persistent with following-through on any job related function or task  
• Ability to act as a resource for team members with less experience. Comfortable handling department shadowing.
• Ability to proactively identify challenges and anticipate alternative options
• Understand and convey the NetJets business model and is an advocate for the 20/20 Flight Plan
• Ability to communicate complex technical information including interdependencies within the team and others to ensure full understanding
