Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Kodiak Fleet Support
    • Maintain current Kodiak Owners/Operators/Service Providers email distribution lists.
    • Enter/edit contacts, locations and vitals into Daher CRM, to support Kodiak fleet records management.
    • Liaison between Kodiak owners and Daher Finance department, on customer setup in E10 for new aircraft ownership, and portal subscription purchase.
    • Maintain accurate lobby and Google Maps
  • Kodiak Subscription Service
    • Maintain current database of POH Subscription holders.
    • Maintain and administer Customer Portal accounts (access, subscriptions and purchases, for all user types).
  • Kodiak Care/TBM Care reception and customer support.
    • Maintain Kodiak Care welcome center lobby, including boutique.
    • Greet and support visitors (until received by host)
  • Kodiak Warranty Registrations
    • Submit supplier warranty registrations to support aircraft delivery.
      • Provide copies to aircraft owner, and file.
  • Phone coverage backup for warranty line/voicemail box, and Factory front desk afternoon call overflow
  • Arrange department travel, meetings, events and provide other administration needs as directed by Kodiak Care Manager/Director or Warranty Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and minimum 2 years in related high-level customer service field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Epicore preferred.
  • Demonstrated abilities in customer interactions and satisfaction.

Profile and other information related to the position

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; is occasionally required to stand and walk; is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; is regularly required to lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Proper lifting technique is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually very quiet. This position requires exposure to manufacturing areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection is required.
