Position Summary:

Deploys and supports Division infrastructure resources, including but not limited to: Active Directory, Exchange, and Application servers. Works under direction of Division IT management to deploy/configure servers, and provide continuing support and maintenance. Assists local site IT with accessing and deploying shared Division resources. Responds to Division help tickets and participates in IT project plans as junior administrator and/or systems engineer. Coordinates with Division Security CPOC to implement and maintain security systems and policies.

Requires a wide set of skills, including but not limited to: User Account and Mailbox administration, Windows server administration, Active Directory administration, TCP/IP networking components, VMware vSphere administration, and client application deployment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work Division IT tickets related to general infrastructure issues and requests
  • Participate in IT projects under direction of IT Management
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Division servers
  • Assist in resolving network traffic and mailflow issues
  • Create and configure user accounts and mailboxes, when not delegated to Site admins
  • Assist with administration and issue resolution for Division applications
  • Configure and maintain VMware vSphere servers and SAN
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory structure and policies
  • Deploy and maintain security applications as directed by Division Security CPOC
  • Perform other IT related duties as assigned
  • Powershell Scripting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Install, Configure, Support Windows Server OS
  • Exchange Online User Management
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Network Administration (DNS, DHCP, etc)
  • VMware Administration
  • Antivirus and Malware Enterprise Deployment
  • Self-starter with ability to frequently multi-task
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written
  • Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
  • Microsoft Entra User Management
  • Service-Now experience preferred

Education:

Associate Degree in Information Technology and/or major industry-standard certifications applicable to knowledge & skills requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5+ year supporting medium-sized network with similar technologies

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $95400 to $119200 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
