Employee Development Specialist 4

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and recommend deliverables, budget and resources.
  • Oversee curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements.
  • Identify business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods.
  • Perform as a lead instructor in a specialized content area.
  • Deploy development tools and monitors implementation.
  • Identify potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree combined with 10 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing training programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Experience with the identification and implementation of process improvements to learning enhance related solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of structures , electrical and/or mechanical manufacturing processes and documentation (specifications, blueprints/REDARS/MBI, planning/MESci/GOLDesp/CMES/Velocity, etc.) including materials, techniques, and quality control.
    • Bachelors degree and typically 10 or more years related work experience, a master’s degree and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Knowledge manufacturing processes and documentation (specifications, blueprints/REDARS/MBI, planning/MESci/GOLDesp/CMES/Velocity, etc.) including materials, techniques, and quality control.
    • Knowledge and understanding of learning management system course and curricula architecture, curricula management, curation, and course maintenance.
    • Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools.
    • Experience creating and delivering Stakeholder and Executive briefings.
    • Expert knowledge and experience with Quality Management System and Material Review process.
