The Boeing Company’s Government and Enterprise Contracts organization is currently seeking a/an Entry-Level Data Administration Coordinator to join our team in Hazelwood, Missouri. 

This role will support the Global Services & Support Transactional Spares Contacting organization as a member of Solicitation & Order Specialist (SOS) team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Loads solicitations and orders from multiple customers and platforms into various contracting systems, including loading information into SPS (Sustainment Pricing System), CAAT (Contract Analysis Acceptance Tool), and ACQ (Acquisitions) tool
  • Reviews and interprets customer and system requirements
  • Coordinates information directly with Contract Representatives and Order Management

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs quality data loads
  • Performs basic risk assessments
  • Identifies and resolves routine discrepancies
  • Compiles and organizes data from various sources
  • Processes requests for resources
  • Distributes data between internal/external organizations
  • Troubleshoots systems and process issues and maintains system data integrity

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in data analytics
  • Experience using reporting tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail while ensuring accuracy

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $39,950 - $42,300
