About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to support senior leadership for a major innovator in the aviation industry. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of a fast-paced executive office—managing communications, coordinating critical initiatives, and ensuring organizational excellence across departments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on executive efficiency and business performance.
What You’ll DoExecutive & Administrative Support
Provide high-level clerical and administrative support to Director-level leadership and above.
Advise and update leaders on client, business, and employee matters.
Act as a liaison using independent judgment when handling customer, personnel, and interdepartmental interactions.
Manage executive email communications—drafting responses, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Operational Coordination
Prepare and edit executive-level presentations, reports, communications, and dictation materials.
Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, seminars, and special events.
Record, transcribe, and proofread documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Audit, analyze, and prepare expense reports for leadership approval.
Prepare statistical and ad?hoc reports to support business initiatives.
Systems & Process Improvement
Design, create, and troubleshoot Microsoft Excel and database tools to streamline processes, including programming macros and linking data.
Train employees on custom spreadsheet/database applications.
Recommend process improvements and assist in developing internal procedures.
Prepare and distribute department-wide communications.
Decision-Making & Administrative Authority
Exercise independent judgment when resolving routine and complex issues.
Authorize expenditure of funds within pre-established limits.
Provide guidance on administrative policies and help interpret management procedures.
QualificationsAssociate degree or technical/vocational training in office administration or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
Excellent planning, organization, and coordination abilities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Proficiency in keyboarding, including 10-key.
Ability to exercise discretion, tact, creativity, and independent judgment in solving problems.
Preferred
Experience supporting leadership in a fast-paced corporate or aviation environment.
Advanced Excel skills, including macros, linked worksheets, and security configurations.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
