Purpose of Position
An executive recruiter owns the full lifecycle of recruitment to fulfill key leadership positions at NetJets.They are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates who meet NetJets strategic objectives and values, in addition to satisfying the requirements and expectations of hiring managers.Their role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent for key leadership positions, enhancing NetJets reputation as a preferred career destination and fostering positive experiences for hiring managers and candidates.

Tasks and Responsibilities
•Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle by thoroughly understanding business requirements and role specifications, strategically sourcing and screening candidates while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
•Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for executive and senior management positions through various channels using advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
•Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.
•Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address any concerns to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
•Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.Effectively promote the companys benefits and total compensation package, providing a comprehensive overview of our rewards. Manage the entire offer process to secure top talent.
