Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to support the 737 Delivery Operations BPS Team based out of Seattle or Renton, WA.

The position is for the 737 Delivery Operations BPS Team supporting delivery centers in Seattle, Moses Lake, Renton Preflight, and Decorative Paint. The focus will be structuring a Compliance plan with our Operations team. Working on Kamishibai, Lost Tools, and FOD Processes to ensure success. And eventually monitoring, looking for continuous improvements to implement. The candidate will be a self-starter, flexible to business priorities, and possess LEAN knowledge. This is a fast-paced environment full of excitement and challenges. If you join this team, there will be many growth opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in operations analysis or operations research.

  • 3+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment.

  • 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Willingness and ability to work overtime if needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of using Lean methods / Lean Tools.

  • 2+ years of experience working with compliance documentation.

  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with project management and self- managing projects.

  • Ability to work a variable shift as needed for business.

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $110,000
