The guest ambassador intern is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to all Cirrus customers, potential customers and guests during all visits to the Vision Center campus. The Guest Ambassador enhances customer relationships by driving the Service Essentials to create personal experiences and creating a world class environment for all guests. Work location may be at various campus offices.

This internship will be onsite in Knoxville, TN from May 2025 through August 2025.

Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM, some overtime and occasional weekends if necessary

Job Duties:

    • Greet and engage with all guests
    • Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly
    • Assist with placing and processing fuel orders, organizing visitor badges, coordinating meal service, managing the courtesy car fleet, and other various tasks pertaining to the customer experience
    • Work alongside the Delivery Experience team and other involved departments to create a worldclass experience for all guests
    • Shuttle and escort customers to various buildings across campus
    • Provide coverage for the other Guest Ambassadors
    • Data entry work, specifically in regard to SalesForce and weekly reports
    • Responsible for the Patriot Act sign-in log for all Cirrus visitors
    • Maintain common spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, and similar tasks)
    • Energize the Cirrus Service Essentials
    • Strive to improve service performance and practices
    • Create and develop a project throughout the summer and prepare a short presentation to give to senior leadership at the end of the internship
    • Additional duties as required

    • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
    • Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.
