We are now recruiting for HR Company Master data at Airbus, by moving things faster, gaining agility, and being innovative especially in the frame of data management!


The HR Company Master Data in Airbus ensures workers can be assigned to the right Company, Location, Establishment. You will be part of a multi functional team in charge of Business Transformation. This activity involves working in SAP and in Workday. 


Main activities

  • Working with the departments in charge of workers data management in Europe and with the team in charge of deploying Subsidiaries around the world in close collaboration to ensure accurate HR master data are created and updated.
  • Helping to define the correct target configuration for each Company project.
  • Describing the changes, creating and updating the dedicated HR Master Data Template. 
  • Supporting the tests to be run by HR teams.
  • Developing and running quality checks to monitor the level of accuracy.
  • Coordinating and communicating closely with all actors involved in the changes.


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Interest in technology and IT tools.
  • Knowledge on SAP HR / Workday HCM is a strong plus.
  • Excel/Google Suite tools knowledge is a plus (intermediate).
  • Experience in HR Master Data Management is a plus.
  • Google Apps Script/Sheet knowledge is a plus.
  • Negotiation level of English.
