ABOUT USSince 1978, Air Inuit has been more than an airline—it is a vital link. Born from the vision and resilience of the Inuit of Nunavik and proudly owned by the Makivik Corporation, Air Inuit connects communities across the vast and breathtaking territory of Northern Québec and beyond. Air Inuit aircraft operate in some of the most demanding skies in the world, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
From the versatile Twin Otter to the powerful Boeing 737-800NG, a fleet of over 35 aircraft carries not only passengers and cargo, but also stories, hope, and essential services for the people of Nunavik. Behind every flight is a team of more than 1,200 dedicated professionals, united by a shared mission: to operate with safety, reliability, and heart. Air Inuit is more than a means of transportation—it is a symbol of self-determination, a bridge between tradition and progress, and proof of what is possible when a community takes flight together.
