You will be part of a team working in the field of robotics and automation. You will deliver creative solutions to aerospace&39;s toughest problems.

Salaried exempt rate based on the required profile: $71,000-92,000/year.

Your challenges:

• Respond, log and track support tickets into the IT ticketing system, delegating work to our IT Services company as needed while handling priority work internally.
• Setup and maintain workstation computers and related equipment.
• Support installation and upgrade of software applications.
• Provide on-site support, equipment, and technical services for staff.
• Assist with the monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and administration of IT systems and networks.
• Assist with ensuring maximum uptime and stability in the company&39;s systems and networks.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and testing of infrastructure security.
• Help document processes and activities supporting IT policies and utilization of a change management program.
• Mentor end-users and Help Desk operations.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support (SW/HW)

Your boarding pass:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years work experience in a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

Required

• Deep experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications as well as Windows 10
• Deep understanding of server and network infrastructures and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions independently
• Google Suite expertise
• Experience maintaining printers, troubleshooting laptops (PCs and Macs)

Preferred

• A&43;, Network &43;, or other IT industry standard certifications
• Knowledge of CMMC and NIST requirements for the defense industrial base
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Ability to prioritize work based on business objectives
• Service Management, Project Management, and Inventory Management skills IT Support
• Specialists must have the ability to lift up 30lbs as well as being able to be mobile (walking, crawling under desks, climbing a ladder, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Solidworks Administration
