Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks an early career Program Planner II to join our mission supporting the next generation GPS III (Global Positioning System) program. In this role you will….

• Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations

• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program management to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline

• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders

• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning

• Maintain, publish, and present relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to Management and Engineering

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Littleton facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of business planning (at minimum one of the following): Program planning, production planning, program management, production operations, procurement, logistics, industrial engineering, project engineering, program control, or inventory management

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Project

• Due to the contract being supported, US citizenship is required for this position
Desired Skills:
• Experience with working in a team setting contributing to a common goal.

• Experience with a scheduling tool such as MS Project, RTP, Primavera, or Open Plan Professional

• Additional Planning knowledge/experience (examples: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)

• Experience developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) networks

• Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Customer service experience

• Presentation experience

• Productivity and quality improvement training

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
