Tasks

We attach great importance to quality, safety and innovation in aviation and are looking for committed interns to support our ATO management team in the area of licence administration for approx. 12 months from August 1, 2025.

The following tasks are part of your everyday work:

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including the licensing of instructors
  • Correspondence and administration of various Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) applications
  • Processing invoices and expenses as well as planning further training courses
  • Maintaining and updating training and process documents in accordance with current regulations
  • Working closely with our training managers and instructors
  • If required, participation in projects to improve training processes and training quality

Requirements

This is the profile you need:

  • High school diploma (Matura), commercial high school or similar (graduated no more than two years ago)
  • Passion for aviation and a strong interest in the further development of this exciting field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high degree of independence
  • Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
