Position Overview:

International Payroll team is currently looking for a Lead Business Operations Specialist- International Payroll to join their team in Bangalore, India.

The position will report to the Senior Manager of International Payroll & Timekeeping group.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Teams with other Boeing organizations (e.g. Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers in region etc) to address and support cross-organizational payroll projects

  • Supports cross-functional teams for implementation of new payroll and timekeeping processes and tools

  • Guides and facilitates the development and integration of International Payroll programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals

  • Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan. Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

  • Develops test strategies and plans, using widely accepted test methodologies or frameworks

  • Coordinates and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case. Provides guidance where necessary to team members

  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

  • Analyzes and helps interpret sophisticated, policies and payroll per in country regulatory requirements

  • Serves as organizational point of contact for special projects

  • Ensures and maintains compliance

The candidate must be willing to work in any office location within Bangalore, be open to a flexible schedule, and support phone calls during off-hours.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in handling International Payroll operations and projects with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and global service-oriented environment.

  • Experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in handling International Payroll operations and projects with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and global service-oriented environment.

  • Strong Project management skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple work streams over parallel timelines.

  • Expertise working with various HR/Payroll & timekeeping systems and applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple implementations and handle multiple tasks with little supervision

  • Experience developing test strategies and plans, using widely accepted test methodologies or frameworks.

  • Analytical & problem solver with the ability to process information quickly and make actionable recommendations.

  • Subject matter expertise in data management & strategy, metrics, analytics, and reporting

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with a large range of stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 17 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master&43;16 years related work experience.

This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
