Description:Duties will include coordinating task order requirements with the PMO and LOG personnel to include the warehouse, transportation, repair and return, external customers to include the USG, and Logistics leadership.
The candidate will ensure that the most efficient and effective processes are utilized in handling customer material.
Responsibilities include managing the GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) list, and inventory related task order requirements with all functional organizations, performing analyses, preparing reports to validate supply obligations, monitoring expenditures, and providing estimates, along with breaking down monthly, quarterly, and total demand of each part. Proactive in planning, scheduling and executing daily activities. Maintain a complete understanding and application of business principals, concepts, practices and standards. Work with DOD systems. Understand DOD cataloging process and DOD logistics terminology. Read and interpret technical orders and illustrated parts manual and drawings. Work with Microsoft software programs.
Coordinate the Life Cycle Sustainment Management by providing logistical support to the program. This includes scheduling shipments or pick-ups with
functional departments and completing required documentation for CONUS and OCONUS shipments.
Monitor and status material movement to include providing the proper documentation to complete property transfers to the gaining entity. Coordinate and manage incoming material, assist with purchase requests, and address issues when a discrepancy occurs. Work effectively with the PMO and internal functional areas in taking direction, answering questions, and handling issues that need resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a working knowledge of Rotary Wing aircraft. Must have full life cycle sustainment experience. Knowledge of or able to learn DoD logistics terminology. Must be proficient in Microsoft software programs in order to research, develop and create documents and presentations. Experience and a strong knowledge of applying advance database techniques for extracting querying and analyzing large amounts of raw data from various sources.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD requirements. Knowledge of Military (DoD) Logistics, Maintenance, and Supply processes and procedures. Ability to supervise ad hoc groups/teams. Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to day to day problems/issues.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
