Job Summary: Reporting directly to our dynamic VP of Human Resources, the Manager, Total Rewards will be a pivotal force in shaping and driving DFJs Total Rewards programs. This includes everything from benefits and compensation to incentive plans. Youll collaborate with key stakeholders and senior leaders to boost employee satisfaction and retention with top-notch compensation and benefits strategies.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • ๐Ÿ•— 8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Strong analytical and PC skills (Advanced Excel skills, HRIS systems/reporting).

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • ๐Ÿค Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.

  • ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ Able to exercise sound judgment in handling confidential material and information.

  • ๐Ÿ“… Strong organizational and planning skills.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • ๐Ÿ“œ Certified Compensation or Benefits Professional.

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ SHRM certification.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Compensation:

  • ๐Ÿ“Š Ensure current compensation models are internally equitable, externally competitive, and aligned with DFJs business objectives.

  • ๐ŸŒ Conduct spanet research and surveys to benchspan positions and make merit & compensation budget recommendations.

  • ๐Ÿข Analyze job descriptions, FLSA classifications, and organization structure to maintain internal equity.

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Manage the annual performance and compensation review processes.

  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Develop education and communication materials regarding the Total Rewards program for managers and employees.

  • ๐Ÿ“‘ Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs.

  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Assist in implementing the compensation and performance modules within HRIS (UKG/UltiPro). Become a subject matter expert for these modules ongoing.

  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Handle annual 5500 filings.

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Manage and collaborate with benefit vendors.

  • ๐Ÿ“„ Maintain plan documentation (SPDs, SBCs, Plan Highlights, Benefits Guide, etc.).

  • ๐Ÿš€ Plan and project manage the annual enrollment process.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Oversee COBRA administration, ACA (1095s) production, and HIPAA compliance.

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Manage additional benefits programs including Tuition Reimbursement, Relocation, and employee discount programs.

  • ๐ŸŒŸ Subject matter expert for the benefits module within HRIS (UKG/UltiPro).

  • ๐Ÿ“œ Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

  • ๐Ÿ“Š Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs.

Non-Principal Duties/Responsibilities (Non-Essential Functions): As part of the Corporate HR team, you will support other HR programs and initiatives. These project-based initiatives will vary, but may include:

  • ๐ŸŽ‰ Occasional evaluation and administration of the Companys Service Award program.

  • ๐Ÿ๏ธ Paid Time Off Policies.

  • ๐Ÿš‘ Leave Policies and Leave Management outsourcing.

  • โœˆ๏ธ Employee Relocation Program.

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Work Opportunity Tax Credit.

  • ๐Ÿคนโ€โ™€๏ธ Other duties as assigned.
