Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Marketing Intelligence Specialist oversees alignment, implementation and best practice for Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) Marketing intelligence and analytics systems. This role works as part of our Center of Excellence (COE) to enable our regular reporting and provide actionable insights to our Marketing teams to help drive more closed-won opportunities.
MUST HAVE
- Must be pursuing a Masters Degree in Marketing or Business Analytics and graduating December 2024 or later.
- Ability to manage complex cross system data sets and translate data into insights and actions to improve lead management and execution of marketing activities.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, prioritize and visualize complex data / analytics and turn into actionable, measurable and business growth insights.
WE VALUE
- Deep understanding of lead generation/management, lead scoring, lead nurturing and lead qualification/tracing across the entire life cycle of the lead.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Intimate experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Experience with Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall.
- Experience using Bizible for marketing attribution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead and drive complex projects between IT and Sales/Marketing
- Understanding of sales processes/cycles and operations.
- Experience implementing/maintaining data governance models.
