OverviewThe Metrics and Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and business performance data to support decision-making and improve efficiency. This role focuses on developing metrics, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather, validate, and consolidate data from various systems and departments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPls) to track performance and efficiency.
Reporting and Visualization- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership and other stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Present insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement- Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and tailor analyses accordingly.
- Provide recommendations based on data findings to Improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data objectives.
Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities for data process improvements and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analyses as needed to address business challenges
Qualifications- • Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- ,. -Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or related role:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Bl).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in aviation, logistics, or maintenance.
- Familiarity with data warehousing systems and APls.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
