Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Office Administrator (Level C) to join our BCA Production and Industrial Engineering team based in Everett, Washington.

The Experienced Office Administrator will demonstrate phenomenal working relationships at all levels, with collaboration, communication, and people skills. This role will support our Production and Industrial Engineering Functional Directors, executives, and leaders in a multifaceted environment while prioritizing each executive’s schedule and travel arrangements. 

The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives, possesses a high degree of professionalism, and discretion. Additionally, an ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrate a robust attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business travelers logistics, generates expense reports, and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
  • Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for travelers review and/or signature.
  • Creates, edits, and maintains electronic and written communication.
  • Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations. Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences. Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
  • Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time. Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Orders and maintains office supplies. Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events.
  • Provides guidance for less experienced employees.
  • Works under limited supervision.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3&43; years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expenses reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.
  • 3&43; years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • 3&43; years of experience managing schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • 3&43; years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

         Excellent Communication Skills.  

         Organizational Skills.  

         Proactive with require work actions. 

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level (Level C): Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate&43;2 years related work, Bachelor, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (level C): $60,350 - $65,320
