The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization, Apache and Mesa site operations is currently seeking a Mid-level or Senior Operations Analyst in Mesa, AZ.

Position Overview:

• The Operations Analyst will be a part of a high-performing team that are immersed in the development projects driving Manufacturing to Excellence.  As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to solve complex problems, integrating delivery forecasts across BDS Divisions. 
• This role will include working with multiple teams from multiple disciplines, which requires strong communication and leadership skills. 
• This position will focus on partnering with make production leaders across BDS Divisions to integrate delivery forecasts, working with teams to solve issues, and maintain results of execution plans for deliveries and Manufacturing stabilization efforts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Gathers and supports execution of delivery plans.
• High attention to details to ensure accurate information is being developed and shared.
• Ensures accurate deliverables and maintains results, and communicates to all participants.
• Reconciles discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize issues in delivery
• Summarizes complex issues, develops creative solutions and coordination of resolutions.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience performing data analysis and/or reporting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must have attention to details.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with large data sets using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 3-5 years working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Program and/or financial Acumen

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Salary Pay Range for Mid-Level: $79,050 – $106,950

Salary Pay Range for Senior Level: $86,700 – $135,700
