Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Fabrication Interiors Responsibility Center, WA is hiring a Mid-level or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our BPS Integration team based out of Everett, WA.


The selected team player will lead complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles (5S, Waste, level pull), processes and tools (VSM, AIW) to implement the Boeing Production System. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential risk areas. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Teamwork and customer service focus are a must, as well as the ability to problem-solve as a team. Works under minimal direction.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in data management and/or configuration management and processing.
  • 3+ years of experience producing both written and verbal technical communication.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work variable shifts and overtime as needed to support production.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Production Preparation Process (3P) Certified.
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Typical Education/Experience: 
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.)

Senior (Level 4):  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range:

Mid-Level (Level 3): $85,000 - $110,000

Senior (Level 4): $100,300 - $129,600
