Description:Manages PAC-3 Program Schedulers, Bill of Material Planners, Master Schedulers, and Associate Managers. Program areas include EV Dev, Missile, and CLS efforts. Will be responsible for employee recruitment and retention, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Will work cross-functionally to partner successful data-based decisions benefiting the program long-term.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System).
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of SAP, and MS programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, and internal and external customers.
• Related experience in MRP and ERP systems.
• Experience assigning/managing projects to organizational unit by leading team of managers and/or staff to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and time sensitive operational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage functional leaders in creating, monitoring and reporting on all executive operations metrics.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance. An Interim Secret is required prior to starting.
Desired Skills:
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive user experience or implementation.
• Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire Production supply chain.
• Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus / (Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred).
• Experience managing scalable Ground/Interceptor/Post-Production /Development efforts.
• Experience working Program proposals to establish labor budgets.
* Previous experience successfully creating, leading, and sustaining a data driven culture.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross functional teams to maximizing output.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
