The Supply Production Control Planner will perform a variety of tasks with a focus on purchased material in support of program and factory build plans. The candidate needs to be energetic, willing to learn, able to work independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent. The candidate also must be ready to work in fast paced environment and be prepared to learn logistics/transportation in supporting factory needs. The associated tasks listed below are necessary to prevent a work stoppage or a slip in schedule, both of which would have a significant impact to the factory and/or program’s cost and schedule requirements.

This position is an onsite role.

What You Will Do

• Review, analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in PRISM per MRP or MPM PO placement plans, as applicable.
• Evaluate material availability, identifying potential gaps and proactively working supplied material problems.
• Facilitate cross functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and coordinate some Logistics.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and less than two (2) years prior relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management
• Experience working with MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has good time management and organizational skills.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
