Job Description:

Our client in Philadelphia, PA is hiring for a Documentation Clerk to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Clerical duties related to release, creation, and publication of production control technical documentation provided to the production floor.

2. Ensures proper upkeep of said technical documents (job card, and work order) per procedures and practices.

3. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

4. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

5. Performs various clerical production control activities.

6. Support the assembly line maintenance manuals, bulletins, and job cards.

7. Will spend time between office environment and assembly floor.

Must Haves:

1. Knowledge of MS Office Suite

2. Exposure to MECAPP and SAP

3. High school diploma

4. 0-2 years of experience in production scheduling or in a related field
