Be part of the team in Urbana, Ohio where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review production schedules.
  • Capacity requirement review.
  • Labor load review.
  • Material availability review.
  • Review engineering plans.
  • Continuous improvement plans.
  • Interacts with factory floor.
  • Identifies risk factors.
  • Data analysis overviews.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Be a US Citizen.

WE VALUE:

  • Some prior experience in production planning.
  • Degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Ability to make decisions using data provided.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
