Production Support Analyst

Ability to develop and implement various tracking and management reports to include aircraft schedule, budget and manpower necessary to assist in the management of the aircraft and business unit. Ability to perform trend analysis and effectively communicate with various levels within the facility from BU production to Senior Management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree in Business or Engineering. (May substitute directly related experience for education.)

• Five (5) years of experience in business analysis (market, financial or production analysis.)

• Working knowledge of schedules and performance charts.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access and Project).

• Ability to interface effectively with various departments (to include but not limited to) Industrial Operations, Finance, Administration and Management.

• Excellent mathematic/analytical skills.

• Good communication skills, written and oral.

• Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stair and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• SharePoint software proficiency

• Experience in shop scheduling/shop floor control.
