In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programsby ensuring effective program controls and providing insights andrecommendations to drive project success. You will work with cross-functionalteams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, withinbudget, and meet quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage the program controlsfunction for multiple projects
• Develop and implement projectplanning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs andbudgets
• Identify and mitigate project risksand issues
• Analyze project performance metricsand provide insights and recommendations
• Work with cross-functional teams toensure project success
• Ensure compliance with projectmanagement standards and best practices

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 -$130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a generalguideline. • Minimum of 5 years of experience inprogram controls, project management, or related roles with earned value experience
• Strong guide and team managementskills

• Excellent communication andpeople-oriented skills
