Our facility in King of Prussia, PA has an immediate opportunity for an early career level Program Planner to join our mission. As our Program Planner, you will support team members in the FBM Reentry Directorate.


Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….

• Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner

• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives

• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts, and propose corrective actions to program partners

• Generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program

• Schedule presentations which may include presentations to Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management

• Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management

• Experience in Microsoft Project, Open Plan, P6, or other planning tools

• A US citizen with a current SECRET clearance to start, and the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance after starting

• Experience analyzing data

• Producing and Delivering customer deliverables

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology

• Experience with audits and reviews

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
