Job Description :
Will be responsible for leading a minimum of one project and participating in several others supporting the execution of the functional excellence plan for the Production, Planning and Control department at a large manufacturing facility.
Students who can work well in a teaming environment, have good organization skills, and have good computer skills will be the most successful
Basic Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s or Masters degree program.
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
Candidate will be working on their Bachelors or Masters degree in fields such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, MIS, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Business. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable working in a detailed computer system.
Candidate must be self-motivated and display initiative to get tasks completed effectively, efficiently, and timely.
Candidate must have strong written and communication skills. The most successful candidates thrive working in a team-oriented environment both as a participant and leader.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
