The Quality Engineering Group has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Analyst Associate supporting our Fleet Ballistics Missiles (FBM) Program at our Kings Bay, GA Facility. In this role, you will perform a variety of Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to include configuration and conformance verification, certification, and reporting activities for the FBM Program.

You will have a diverse array of responsibilities including:

• Reviewing, auditing and certifying shop floor manufacturing documentation, technical operations, and test records for compliance to design, FBM program, and contractual requirements.
• Performing conformance and contract verification activities and developing and maintaining records in support of sales completion and delivery of missile hardware to the customer.
• Researching and analyzing data and generating quality reporting metrics, charts and supporting documentation.
• Conducting and coordinating problem solving and developing solutions to non-compliance conditions of a system or technical nature.
• Working with various data systems to perform quality analysis tasks.
• Assisting in collecting and analyzing data for technical and engineering investigations to support cable fabrication, electronics package assembly and test, missile assembly, test, and integration, and various support areas.
• Using sound judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
• Attending meetings, leading and participating in team assignments, special projects, and Continuous Improvement events.
• Interacting frequently with the customer, and with other functional fields and sites, including both internal and external contacts.
• Travel as necessary to support program/operational needs.
Basic Qualifications:
• 0-2 year of experience in production/ industrial environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills that showcase an ability to observe, research and interpret a subject to develop complex ideas and solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance, with an Interim Secret required prior to start.
• US Citizenship required

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• SAP/ERP and SharePoint experience.
• LM21 Green-Belt Certification.
• Data entry, mining, tracking experience.
• Aerospace industry experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
