What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop, control and continuously improve QMS content
- Identify, centralize & leverage best QA practices
- Assess the need and manage the impact of QMS changes to the site’s operations
- Go & see the site’s operations to grasp the situation beyond a proposed solution
- Support QMS change implementation
- Provide QMS technical support to QA community, to the users of the QMS and to the Onsite Quality Analysts
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
- You possess a college degree or equivalent
- You possess experience in Quality Management Systems
- You possess experience in Manufacturing Systems
- You possess experience in Quality Control
- You possess experience in Continuous Improvement
- You have a strong customer focus
- You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others
- You are functional in using the Microsoft Office suite
- You are Bilingual (French and English)
