Quality Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator role is part of the Audit and Compliance Team within Quality.  This position has two paths of progression (Document Control or Corrective Action).  This position will support the corrective action oversight role.

Compliance Coordinator (Corrective Action Focal) – (Levels 01, 02, and 03)

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Support:

  • Provide support and oversight for Corrective Action Requests primarily generated during internal and external audits.
  • AS9100 certification and perform a minimum of 2 audits as assigned by Audit Coordinator.
  • ETQ oversight and support to the organization.
  • Daily Compliance CAR reporting, status and escalation if needed.
  • Audit readiness review reporting.
  • Support improvement projects across BUs, as assigned.
  • Corrective action reporting and presentation generation for Corrective Action Board.
  • Support risk assessment activity for annual Audit Program Development.
  • Liaison with Central Quality for third party audits.

Document Control Support:

  • Uploading and managing quality system documents and forms on SharePoint, as assigned.
  • Documentation maintenance projects, as assigned.
  • Develop Standard Work, as assigned.

Quality Training:

  • Develop training material and delivery as needed to support Compliance Team throughout the organization.
  • Provide RCCA training to CAR owners as needed.

Compliance Coordinator (Document Control Focal) – (Levels 01, 02, and 03)

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Support:

Document Control Support:

  • Uploading and reviewing specifications on SharePoint.
  • Documentation maintenance projects.
  • Develop Procedures, Standard Work and Forms as needed.
  • SharePoint management of the Quality Homepage.
  • Point of Contact for the Pratt Quality Management System to process revision activity and newly released documents to the organization.

Quality Training:

  • Develop training material and delivery as needed to support Compliance Team throughout the organization.
  • Provide SharePoint and Document Control training as needed.
  • Input Quality Training records and report on quality compliance training risk to the organization.
  • Oversight of Eye Exam Compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of quality, continuous improvement, or quality systems documentation experience.
  • College or Technical Associates Degree
  • Auditor certification and experience
  • Aerospace Experience
  • Exposure to technical processes (NDT, CMM, Test Labs, Forging, Heat Treat, etc.)

Additional Information:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
