Description:Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst Senior Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Corporation is in full compliance with government acquisition regulations as they apply to Global Supply Chain and related processes, practices, and procedures. This individual will work with Global Supply Chain executives, leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders and lead in driving changes in Supply Chain processes and procedures to ensure the Corporation adheres to new regulations as they arise. Additional responsibilities include:

• Monitor, identify, and analyze laws, regulations and other matters that may impact acquisition procedures, procurement systems, and Corporate policies
• Develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies
• Provide guidance and training materials (checklists, training videos, etc.) on how to comply with new regulatory requirements
• Will serve on the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE) Council
• Primary point of contact for the DCMA in leading audits of the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and providing support for Business Area compliance reviews (e.g., CPSRs)
• Ensure that all required government reporting is submitted on time and is accurate and complete
• May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations
Basic Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and international acquisition regulations (especially UK and EU)

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), sound judgement, and tact

• Ability to draft processes, procedures, unique contract provisions and other documents as may be required and the ability to translate government regulations into working documents for supply chain professionals

• Ability to effectively communicate with executives

• Internal and external relationship building

• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex terms

• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated initiative in managing a high volume of competing priorities in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment
Desired Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Lockheed Martin CorpDocs and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
• Legal experience or Masters in a related discipline
• Prior Procurement experience
• Prior Supply Chain Compliance experience
• Familiar with internal procurement systems (P2P, OneAero, ECE)
• Training development experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $117,300 - $221,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $102,000 - $195,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
