What the job is …

We are looking for a new Repair and Warranty Specialist to provide quality service and support for our valuable business partners in regards to the repair, lease, exchange and warranty activities. You will achieve this by building and maintaining strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries.

 

You will work out of our Copenhagen office and report to the Head of Repair, Lease, Exchange & Warranty Order Management – Satair Global.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for A220 Proprietary Parts repair, lease and exchange &43; A220 Tools lease and repair inquiries as well as for commercial questions of Satair’s customers and the respective repair stations

  • Manage customers’ Repair/Lease/Exchange Orders & Warranty claims while closely monitoring that the suppliers/repair stations conform to contractually agreed obligations based on key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Issue Repair and Warranty Orders to approved suppliers/repair stations

  • Ensure daily communication with the repair stations to guarantee the performance targets of the open repair orders in terms of time, costs & quality

  • Provide customers with comprehensive and timely information / communication regarding the status of the component repairs and/or alternative service solutions

  • Analyse, assess and define service solutions (repair / lease / exchange) for A220 airlines or MRO companies – in particular the timely/time-optimized solution delivery in the event of delivery difficulties

 

How you will contribute to the team

We are looking for a professional with practical insight and experience with customer service, supply chain, purchasing, repair and logistics (experience within the aviation industry will be an advantage). Equipped with good analytical and numeracy skills, a solid commercial understanding and a strong ability to work independently, you will contribute by delivering high quality results in a time-constrained environment. Extrovert and good communicator, your ability to work in an international context/team and your strong team spirit are essential to join our multinational & multicultural global team.
