We are expanding the team and are now looking for a new colleague for our Authorisation team.
The position will be located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We are currently upgrading our SAP environment from ECC to S/4 Hana and are looking into embarking the Fiori journey later in 2024
You will be part of a small team consisting of you and a Senior Authorisation specialist and an Authorisation Specialist. The Authorisation team is part of the Master Data Department. The Master Data Department is a busy department who enjoy working together, keeping up team spirit - and having fun.
We support the business by enabling access and authorisations in the SAP environment while ensuring the correct access on all organizational levels in line with Legal, Compliance and Governance regulations.

As an Authorisation Specialist you can change things for the better. We make a difference every day ensuring that the rest of the business can do their job while adhering to defined processes and procedures.
A typical day may include the following:
Handling of access requests within SAP Authorisations and Access Management
Stakeholder alignment related to design and implementation of authorisation changes
Investigation and troubleshooting of authorisation errors
Gatekeeping the Authorisation Process and Policy through Internal controls and risk management
Participation in projects and audits
Ensuring a high level of documentation and reporting, both internally and externally
How you will contribute to the team
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
You have a high level of attention to detail and a structured approach with an excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken.
You have the ability to adhere to processes and procedures and possess a positive attitude.
It is an advantage if you are eager to learn and have experience with stakeholder management on all levels in a business.
It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of SAP Authorisations.
It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori.
